Each generation of the Ottenbacher family has carried on the traditional values at the Adler. At the same time, they have left their personal fingerprint that makes the Adler Asperg what it is today.

To celebrate the 125th anniversary of the Ottenbacher family at the Adler, we made our own beer. Together with the Asperger Brauerei Esele and with the water of the Altachquelle of our town, we brewed an extremely drinkable Pils that combines quality, tradition & regionality.
