The Adler Asperg is well-known for its Michelin-starred restaurant that serves dishes ranging from the authentic to the sophisticated. We also present a new slant on traditional regional cuisine in our restaurants just outside Ludwigsburg. Our kitchen brigade under star-rated chef Philip Rümmele will treat you to a range of delectable delicacies – from simple Swabian fare to international cuisine. We will also surprise you with our "Schwabbas", an innovation from the Adler Asperg. The delicious delicacies combine Swabian and Spanish tastes, and once again demonstrate our links to the area with an eye to the new.

Our wine list leaves nothing to be desired. We travel to a number of vineyards personally to try wines with a range of tastes in mind. Wine lovers will enjoy visiting one of our wine tasting evenings in the 170-year-old vaulted cellar of the Adler Asperg.

We have three restaurants directly in the Adler Asperg, with a fourth restaurant, the Schubart Stube, on the top of the Hohenasperg just 1 km from our hotel.
In our Michelin-starred restaurant Schwabenstube, we serve the very best Swabian cuisine with an international touch. Visit us in our 170-year-old half-timbered building with Garden Restaurant.

From Monday to Friday, you can enjoy the dish of the day at RichardZ or choose one of the other fine options on our small menu. Enjoy your lunch break in the friendly and intimate atmosphere.
Our restaurant with beer garden is in the stronghold on the Hohenasperg. Enjoy outstanding, Swabian dishes and local wines at fair and moderate prices.
