Christmas at Adler Asperg

At Adler Asperg, we are getting ready for Christmas. Our team and facilities are ready for family and company celebrations in December. Depending on the number of guests, Christmas parties can be held in the Schubart Stube, in the restaurant RichardZ, in the tapas bar "Aguila", in the gourmet restaurant Schwabenstube, as well as in our ballroom, banquet and seminar rooms. We offer our guests a choice of eleven different menus and three buffet suggestions, including vegetarian and vegan options. With our out-of-house service, we can also organize events from two to 1,000 people in the desired location. 

On December 25th and 26th, we will offer special menus with four or three courses for lunch. Pâté en crôute, chestnut celery soup, lobster and leek foam soup, leg of venison from local hunting, Christmas goose, chocolate tart or crème brûlée are in the menu list on those dates. 

On December 31st, we will organize our traditional New Year's Eve party. In the RichardZ restaurant and the tapas bar "Aguila", a 4-course menu will be served with tranches of pink saddle of venison, prawn coconut soup, saddle of beef with a scarlet mustard crust and crème brûlée. In the Schwabenstube, guests can enjoy a 5-course menu with delicacies such as goose liver and cassis gâteau, pickled sea trout, Breton turbot on lobster foam, fillet of beef with champagne creamed savoy cabbage and dark chocolate tartlets. 

If you prefer to celebrate late into the night, you can also stay overnight with us. Our hotel will remain open over Christmas and New Year's Eve, except for the night from December 24th to December 25th.

For those customers who have not yet made a decision about Christmas gifts, we suggest one of our packages with accommodation, breakfast and various leisure activities in the region. 

We also offer Adler gift vouchers that can be redeemed in our restaurants or hotel. A gift basket with the products of "Adler's Feine Küche im Glas" will also delight gourmets.
