A conversation with Max Speyer, head chef at the Hotel Adler Asperg
Max Speyer has been the head chef at the Hotel Adler Asperg since January 2015, where he organises and manages the kitchen team. He also oversees the preparation of dishes and creates the menus and menus for the Adler restaurants. Under his operational management, the Schwabenstube has confirmed its Michelin star for eight consecutive years.
