Regional delicacies in a rustic ambience
The Schubart Stube is in the stronghold on the Hohenasperg – the largest hill in the municipal district of Ludwigsburg. Our restaurant with typically Swabian character is in the outermost gate tower. We serve outstanding, regional dishes and local wines at attractive prices in this historical and rustic ambience. The Schubart Stube is the perfect place to stop for a meal when you are having a day out in the Ludwigsburg area, particularly so in the warm months when the beer garden is open. After walking to the top, you will be rewarded with a cool drink that you can enjoy while taking in a wonderful panoramic view.
Winter break
Dear guests,
We are currently closed for the winter break. The Schubart Stube is therefore currently closed.
We look forward to welcoming you back for after-work drinks on 30 April, when the Hohenasperger Maitage festival begins.
Events can of course also be arranged before we reopen!

SUMMER OPENING HOURS (MAY TO OCTOBER)
Wednesday to Saturday 5.00 pm to 11.00 pm (kitchen until 10.00 pm)
Sunday and public holidays 12.00 to 20.00
Monday and Tuesday closed (also on public holidays)
If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please let us know in advance.
On the day of your reservation, we will not be able to cater for these or only to a limited extent.
We cannot accept any responsibility for life-threatening reactions caused by food intolerances.
Please also note that reservations can only be made for the indoor area of the restaurant and not for our beer garden.
