New Year's Eve 2023 at the Hotel Adler Asperg

At the Hotel Adler Asperg, we have already started our Christmas preparations so that our guests can make the most of the Christmas and New Year period with families, friends and colleagues.

In addition to corporate Christmas parties for companies, we will offer a special Christmas menus on December 25th and 26th, as well as a special dinner on New Year's Eve.

On the evening of December 31st, our famous New Year's Eve party takes place. We will offer our guests two different menus in the Schwabenstube, in the restaurant RichardZ and in the tapas bar "Aguila".

In the Schwabenstube, our guests will enjoy a 5-course New Year's Eve menu with the following dishes:

  • Greetings from the kitchen
  • Charolais beef fillet marinated with Sancho pepper, a Jerusalem artichoke mousse, winter salads and a chervil and finger lime dressing
  • Lobster foam soup with lobster agnolotti, tarragon cream and citrus croutons
  • Pikeperch with champagne beurre blanc, pearls of beetroot, oyster leaves and cream of Andean gold
  • Filet mignon with Madeira jus, diced goose liver and black salsify, crispy cavolo nero and mushroom gâteau
  • Tonka bean crispy slice with Original Beans Virunga chocolate,
  • Matcha ice cream, green apple and pickled quince pastry.

The menu price in the Schwabenstube is € 200 p.p 

For guests having dinner in the RichardZ restaurant and in the tapas bar "Aguila" tapas, we will prepare a 4-course menu with the following courses:

  • Greetings from the kitchen
  • Alsatian char tartare marinated with orange blossom, winter leaf salad and passion fruit dressing
  • Frothy soup of winter asparagus with quail pralines and chervil cream
  • Veal duo with creamed spinach, fried herb mushrooms, potato and thyme fritters and red wine butter
  • Pineapple & dark chocolate with pineapple caramelised in brown rum and cane sugar, guanaja chocolate parfait and lemon cream
  • Pastries

We reserve the right to make changes to the dishes.

The price of the 4-course New Year's Eve menu is € 95 p.p
