In 2022, we have celebrated the 125th anniversary of the Ottenbacher family at the Adler Asperg with our guests. There is no doubt that the commitment of our team contributed to the success of the various events. Now that 2022 is coming to an end, we would like to look back on the anniversary year. 

Together with the Esele Brewery from Asperg, we produced the Adler Esele beer. The result was an extremely drinkable Pils that combines quality, tradition and regionality. 

In March and September, the Thank You Weeks took place at the RichardZ restaurant. All guests who had lunch there or ordered the Meal-to-Go for pick-up were invited to a dessert, specially created for the occasion.

On April 8th and 9th, we celebrated our "Spanish Nights" at the tapas bar "Aguila". Both evenings were sold out. The guests were delighted with the tapas menu, the Spanish wines and the live music. 

From June 24th to 26th, the Bergfest took place in the Schubart Stube on Hohenasperg. People enjoyed the large selection of food and drinks, as well as the live music and children's attractions. 

The "highlight" of the anniversary was the Gala on October 2nd. 100 guests celebrated from 4pm to 4am. Among other things, a champagne reception, a 6-course menu accompanied by matching wines and a disco were part of the programme.

We concluded the celebration of the 125th anniversary of the Ottenbacher family at the Adler Asperg with the "Kitchen Party" on November 20th. 180 guests and eight chefs attended. The event was sold out since summer, which is another sign of the loyalty of our guests.
