A Dream Wedding at the Adler Asperg

A Dream Wedding at the Adler Asperg

At the Adler Asperg, 20 weddings are celebrated on average every year. The hotel has two halls for weddings and other events: the Schubart Hall, with an area of 100 square metres, and the large hall, which extends over approximately 200 square metres and offers space for up to 120 people. In order to adapt to the bridal couple's request, ideas and budget, the Adler in Asperg offers a lot of flexibility in the design, decoration or menus of the wedding celebrations. Ultimately, the bride and groom should enjoy the most beautiful day of their lives without stress.

"If you want to get married at the Adler, you can book the 'all-round carefree package' with us." - says Ms Epple - "Then we plan together with the bride and groom from the set-up to the conclusion of the celebration and the guests' overnight stay." The hotel can organise a DJ, a photo box, a photographer, floral decorations, childcare and limousine service, among other things, at the bride and groom's request.

Bridal couples also have the option of holding a free wedding ceremony at the Adler Asperg. On nice days, the Mediterranean terrace in the hotel or the Schubart Stube on the Hohenasperg are suitable for this. There, the newlyweds and their guests can enjoy the view, have an aperitif and then enjoy the wedding menu at the hotel.

When decorating the hall, the wishes of the bridal couple are taken into account. Mostly, "bridal couples choose round tables for the meal, but it is possible to sit in rows and panels or at blocks" - says Ms Epple.

The hotel offers nine menus to choose from. These are harmonised with the bride and groom's wishes, rituals and eating habits. For 30 guests or more, a buffet can be arranged instead of a menu.

A variety of regional and international wines are offered to match the menu and buffet. "There is usually a champagne reception at the beginning. Then you can choose a different wine to go with each course or just opt for a white, rosé or red wine" - explains Constanze Epple. Late at night and during the dance, there is a bar drinks service and even a mobile beer station. The Hotel Adler has a "flat rate" for drinks in which, depending on the package, all drinks are included.

If the bride and groom and their guests wish to celebrate late into the night, a midnight snack of goulash soup or a cheese board will be served. The wedding guests can stay overnight at the hotel at a special rate, while the bride and groom receive the overnight stay including breakfast from the hotel as a wedding gift.

Lastly, we ask Ms Epple why you should celebrate your wedding at the Adler Asperg. "The wonderful atmosphere, the excellent quality of the food and the outstanding service make us special and unique in the region"- she answers.
