An Autumn full of gastronomic events

We are starting the new season with all kinds of gastronomic events. 

After the reopening of the "Aguila" in mid-September, we presented a new menu in our tapas bar on September 20th. At the same time, we are taking part in the "EAT & DRINK SPAIN Wochen" promotion. Until October 21st, our guests can enjoy a Spanish menu with four courses at a special price. 

This gastronomic offer is rounded off with a wine selection from Spain: our guest will be able to choose from two white wines, four red wines, one Rosado, two Sherry wines and one Cava.

Our annual "Küchenfest" will take place on November 26th. This event has already been sold out for several weeks. Nicolai Wiedmer, from Restaurant Eckert in Grenzach-Wyhlen, Andreas Widmann, from Restaurant Alb Leben in Königsbronn-Zang; Malte Kuhn, from the restaurant Maltes Hidden Kitchen in Baden-Baden; Patrick Jenal, from the restaurant Kunz in Sankt Wendel; Claudius Josefy, from the restaurant Katsumoto Sushi in Bietigheim; Uly Schroth, the chef of the American Consul General in Munich; and Mathias Striffler, from Europapark Rust, will be the guest chefs at this event and, together with the Adler kitchen team, will delight our guests with their culinary art. In addition, the wineries Martin Waßmer from Baden, Jürgen Ellwanger from Württemberg and Consigliovini with its Italian wines will accompany all attendees through the evening. 

During Christmas time, we will offer our guests our traditional Christmas menus on December 25th and December 26th for both lunch and dinner. We will finish the current year with a New Year's Eve party on December 31st.
