On May 15th, at 6 pm, a new "Adler's Wine Evening" will start in the tapas bar "Aguila". Jens and Yvette Zimmerle, who own and run the winery of the same name, will present guests with seven different wines:

• 2022 Chardonnay Berg
• 2023 Trio Rosé
• 2019 Trio red
• 2022 Herrschaft Zweigelt
• 2020 Lemberger Korber Berg

The Zimmerle winery is located in Waiblingen, in the heart of the Rems Valley. Red wine varieties such as Lemberger, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Zweigelt, as well as white wine grapes such as Riesling, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier grow on its 18 hectares of vineyards. The winery's wines combine Swabian care with French esprit, are sustainable and come from organic cultivation. The winery won the German Red Wine Prize 2022 and the "Winemaker of the Year in Württemberg" award in the Vinum Weinguide 2022.
